Abstract

Cabinet has directed that initial 10 Regional Centres be considered as phase 1 of the project and be distributed as follows: 6 new Regions and Upper West, Upper East, Northern an Volta Regions. Second phase of the project to comprise 10 additional STEAM Centres for the remaining Regions and selection of the location for the second phase should take into accounts the population and social dynamics of the Regions in order to ensure equity
